An Update on my Mystery Novel

A lot of my friends have been asking me, “When are you going to publish your book?”

I completed the first draft several months ago and I asked several people to serve as beta readers to give me candid feedback.

As a result, I went back and made major revisions to the manuscript. I changed major plot points , the villains, descriptions, dialogue, etc. I also changed the name of the book to “The Kill of the Hunt”. It will be the first book in the Hunt Country Mystery series. I’ve already started writing the sequel, “The Trials of the Hunt.”

I’ve gone through seven rounds of scene and line revisions. I’m pretty happy with the manuscript now but I’m looking for just a few more beta readers to review this version of the book. If you finish the book as a beta reader, I’ll send you an autographed paperback when it’s published.

Once the final revisions have been made, I’ll have it proofread and formatted as both an eBook and paperback. Then I’ll have designer create the actual cover and publish it.
