Tim’s Amateur Sleuth Book Club
I love all kinds of mysteries - detective novels, police procedurals, historical mysteries, thrillers and even cosy mysteries.
But my favorite type of mysteries are those who feature amateur sleuths solving cases that have baffled the professional investigators. Whether it’s classic characters like Miss Marple and Sherlock Holmes, or newcomers like The Thursday Murder Club.
So it’s not surprising that my first novel is an amateur sleuth mystery.
I’d like to share just a few of the amateur sleuth mysteries that keep me up at night and inspire my own writing.
